Company Increases Communication Between Clinicians, Providers and Patients Through Mobile Technology and Telehealth Advancements

For providers, such as physicians and healthcare professionals, Soleo Connect enables the exchange of real-world patient data to deliver health status updates, including quality of life assessments and wellness monitoring. Soleo Connect has the distinct ability to capture enhanced patient response to therapy via video and photos. This results in deep intelligence, which improves Soleo Health’s patient care plans and communications with its prescriber, health system, payor and manufacturer partners.

Additional features within Soleo Connect’s integrated engagement platform afford patients many benefits, including easy access to education and information regarding their therapy, medication, medical equipment and supplies; direct communication with their dedicated care team via text or real-time video chat; and ease of providing eSignatures for medical consents, as well as completing other relevant electronic-based forms. Soleo Connect also allows Soleo Health’s clinical team to seamlessly and quickly onboard patients to service.
