Drew serves as Chief Executive Officer and is well respected as an innovative industry thought leader. He has over 30 years of specialty infusion experience, including a successful track record of leading de novo growth market expansion and effectively integrating dozens of strategic acquisitions. Kimberlee Seah is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Soleo Health. She has served as chief legal counsel, compliance officer and legal advisor for specialty pharmacies and health care clients for over 20 years. Prior to joining Soleo in 2016, Kim previously served as General Counsel for BioScrip (now OptionCare) and Critical Care Systems, and as regulatory counsel for Accredo Health and Medco. She developed her health care and corporate practice at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, providing a wide range of legal advice to hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, physician practices, skilled nursing and hospice facilities. Toren Mushovic is Vice President, Compliance & Government Affairs Officer. He has served as chief legal counsel and compliance officer for healthcare clients for over 10 years. Toren developed his healthcare and litigation practice at Hogan Lovells LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 healthcare companies in high-stakes matters, including government civil and criminal investigations, False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statue enforcement actions and qui tam litigation, complex commercial litigation and internal compliance investigations.
