Online Bill Payment
For your convenience, you can pay your bill online using our safe, secure bill pay portal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You will need your patient account number to pay your bill through our secure portal. Your patient account number is in the upper right-hand corner of your billing statement.

How can I find my Account Number?
Your Account Number is in the upper right-hand corner of your patient statement.
How do I update my address or insurance information?
To update billing information, you may call the Billing Phone Number in the upper left-hand corner of the statement, email the Patient Accounts Team at PatientAccounts@SoleoHealth.com or complete page 2 of your statement and return to Soleo Health, PO Box 200094, Dallas, TX 75320-0094.
Will I get a receipt if I pay online?
After entering your credit card information and clicking continue, a payment confirmation screen appears, and you will need to follow the prompts verifying you are not a robot. After completing the prompts, the payment is processed, and you will have the opportunity to print the receipt.
If you provide an email address, the receipt will be emailed. If you do not print the receipt after payment and want one at a later date, please email us at PatientAccounts@SoleoHealth.com, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
Can I view my account information online?
This feature is currently not available. Should you have questions regarding your account, please call the Billing Phone Number in the upper left-hand corner of your statement.
While making an online payment, I received an error message stating, “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. We’re working to fix this issue as soon as possible.”
This message indicates a temporary problem with the site. Please return later to make the payment or call us at the Billing Phone Number detailed in the upper left-hand corner of your statement or email the Patient Accounts Team at PatientAccounts@SoleoHealth.com to discuss an alternate payment method.
