Jeffrey Salantai earned a degree from the University of Missouri and has 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, with an emphasis on Hemophilia. He has held positions within Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, Manufacturing and Ownership. Jeff was co-owner and VP of AbsolutCare Pharmacy until its acquisition by Soleo. He is also a registered EMT, has worked for Acadian Ambulance Service in Baton Rouge, and resides in San Antonio, TX. Jeff is also a Hemophilia A patient. He actively participates in fundraising events for Save One Life Inc. He has climbed Mt. Rainier, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Pico Duarte, the Grand Canyon and the Base Camp of Mount Everest to raise funds for Hemophilia patients in underdeveloped countries.

Senior Director, Rare Disease
Jodi is a Registered Nurse with over 3 decades of experience, dedicated to patient-centered care in the rare disease space. A graduate of the University of Alberta Hospitals School of Nursing, Jodi has built a distinguished career focused on direct patient management, particularly for individuals with rare bleeding disorders. For the past 18 years, Jodi has been a vital part of Soleo Health, where she has held numerous leadership roles and currently serves as Senior Director of Rare Disease. In her role, Jodi participates in enterprise-wide strategic planning activities to develop comprehensive rare disease therapeutic programs, collaborates with field sales, marketing, payor and industry relations teams to establish successful channel partnerships and develops field clinical and sales education and comprehensive program collateral material. She also works with patient advocacy groups and healthcare providers to increase awareness and education in rare and ultra-rare diseases. Known not only as a skilled nurse but also as a passionate patient advocate and educator, she is committed to delivering the highest quality of compassionate, ethical care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families. Erica Day earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas and brings 18 years of clinical and operational expertise to her work. With nearly two decades of pharmacy experience and an unwavering dedication to patient care, Erica has spent the past 13 years at Soleo Health, holding several leadership roles and specializing in managing patients with bleeding disorders. She is actively engaged in the bleeding disorder community and regularly participates in local and national chapter events, conferences, and clinical programs. Erica’s clinical and operational background is well-rounded, encompassing a broad range of specialty therapies and complex disease states, with a particular focus on bleeding disorders. In her role, she leads and supports clinical teams that specialize in bleeding disorder therapy to facilitate a high-touch clinical service program, engages in interdepartmental collaboration to support integrated patient care, and leads the development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and advancing innovation in bleeding disorder patient services. As Director of Bleeding Disorder TCMC Clinical Operations, Erica also fosters professional development, training, and performance management of our bleeding disorder clinical teams, implements and acts as operational program coordinator for drug manufacturer programs, and monitors key performance indicators for clinical quality and outcomes. Therapeutic Line Director, Bleeding Disorder
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Kentucky, Donna Haffler brings over three decades of diverse nursing experience spanning pediatric and adult care. Her career has included leadership roles in multiple specialty pharmacies with a strong focus on bleeding disorders for over 22 years. A pivotal role as Senior Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the University of Kentucky Hemophilia Treatment Center increased her passion for and commitment to the bleeding disorder community. Now, Donna is the Therapeutic Line Director for Bleeding Disorders at Soleo Health, where she collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care. She coordinates Soleo’s advocacy support with disease state organizations and patient communities. She develops and maintains relationships with partners to drive field execution of manufacturer initiatives and assist in resolving customer service issues. Donna also represents Soleo at industry meetings and conferences. Donna lives in Kentucky with her husband, Larry. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and is passionate about providing excellent care to those in the bleeding disorder community.
