Text Messaging (SMS) Terms of Use

We support SMS texting communications in accordance with the communication preferences that are available to you and for informational and/or marketing messages associated with certain other Soleo Health text message programs. If you opt-in to receive text messages as a communication preference, you will receive text messages consistent with such preferences as further described in the Privacy Policy. If you opt-in to a Soleo Health text message program, you will receive text messages about your prescriptions, appointment reminders, and other notices related to patient care. The number of text messages per month varies.

To opt-in after providing us with a verbal consent to receive text messages, reply YES when you receive a text message from Soleo Health from any of the following numbers listed here. If you have provided written confirmation to receive text messages, no confirmation may be necessary.

To opt-out from a particular Soleo Health text message program, you can text STOP in response to text messages from Soleo Health from your mobile phone, and we will unsubscribe you from the associated Soleo Health text message program and send you one message to confirm that you opt-out. You will not receive additional text messages from the associated program unless you opt back in.

To opt back in, send the word START to 25682. To get help or support, call us at 1.844.575.1515. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP in response to text messages from Soleo Health. Message and data rates may apply. The Soleo Health text message program is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, as defined below, to the extent applicable.

We do not share personal data from SMS programs with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
