Soleo Connect® provides seamless communication anytime for patients, caregivers and providers to connect with Soleo Health in a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Our communication application allows patients and caregivers to chat live with their Soleo Health care team, complete forms, sign documents, receive important information, and more, all from their mobile devices or computer.

Providers can access patient records, complete and sign documents, view the latest test results and chat with our care team to facilitate communication in our proprietary client engagement platform.

Soleo Connect is accessible via our downloadable app and an online portal.
