Soleo works with prescribers to safely manage the most complex disease states, including rare and ultra-rare conditions in the comfort of your home, physician’s office or one of our ambulatory infusion centers.
Your patient journey begins with a clinician referral. We’ve kept the process quick and streamlined for your convenience. Advise your clinician that you wish to start treatment at Soleo Health. Your provider will complete our simple online referral form. It is accessible through our online portal. We will contact you to discuss the onboarding process in more detail.
Depending on your condition, you may benefit from infusion therapy services. If infusion therapy is suitable for you, we can schedule an appointment to begin treatment. After your provider has submitted the referral, we will need to obtain approval from your health insurance.
