Soleo Connect® provides seamless communication, enabling patients, caregivers and providers to contact Soleo Health on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Our communication application allows patients and caregivers to contact their Soleo Health care team, complete forms, sign documents, receive important information, and more, all from their mobile devices or computers.

Providers can access patient records, complete and sign documents, view the latest test results and contact our team to facilitate communication in our proprietary engagement platform.

Soleo Connect is accessible via our downloadable app and an online portal.
