Chief Executive Officer
Drew is a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Soleo Health and is well respected as an innovative industry thought leader. He has over 40 years of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion experience, including a successful track record of leading new business startups, de novo market expansion, strategic acquisitions and business turnarounds. Drew is a current board member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) and is involved in several other national trade organizations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Chief Commercial Officer
Craig is a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Soleo Health and is responsible for the strategic development and commercial execution of relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans and payors, providers and national healthcare systems, as well as leading the company’s corporate marketing division. Craig has over 30 years of specialty pharmacy, infusion and healthcare services experience, including executive management roles. Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University, majoring in Advertising.

Ben oversees the Finance, Accounting, Corporate Tax and Revenue Cycle Management departments. He brings over twenty years of experience to Soleo Health. He has held executive leadership positions at two Fortune 500 companies. For the past thirteen years, his roles included Vice President/General Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Development at one of the largest Pharmacy Benefits Managers in the U.S. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.B.A. from Washington University’s Olin Business School in St. Louis.

Jason Weems is Chief Information Officer. He is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology organizations through transformative business-led initiatives. At Soleo Health, Jason plays a pivotal role on both the technology and business executive leadership teams. His expertise as a technology advisor and partner is instrumental in driving value and fostering significant business growth. Jason brings a wealth of experience from Fortune 50 healthcare and financial services companies, including Citi, Express Scripts, and Cigna Healthcare, where he has held numerous senior leadership positions. Before joining Soleo Health, he served as the Senior Technology Leader for Express Scripts Pharmacy businesses, VP of Digital at Express Scripts, and Senior Leader over Cigna’s Patient Care division, Telehealth, and Citi’s M&A leadership. His areas of expertise include software engineering, product development and strategy, digital engineering and transformation, artificial intelligence, data intelligence, program and project management, and technology strategy. Executive Vice President, Compliance Officer
Kimberlee Seah serves as the Executive Vice President, Compliance Officer and Secretary of Soleo Health. She has served as chief legal counsel, compliance officer and legal advisor for specialty pharmacies and health care clients for over 20 years. Prior to joining Soleo in 2016, Kim previously served as General Counsel for BioScrip (now OptionCare) and Critical Care Systems, and as regulatory counsel for Accredo Health and Medco. She developed her health care and corporate practice at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, providing a wide range of legal advice to hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, physician practices, skilled nursing and hospice facilities. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Dartmouth College and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She clerked for the Honorable Thomas L.
