Upon graduation, I found infusion pharmacy and was fortunate to learn about infusion catheters and pumps. When I graduated from pharmacy school, my first job was working in a hospital. I loved the clinical management of patients and the interactions with the medical staff in the hospital. When I discovered infusion therapy, I could use my clinical skills but was able to interact directly with the patients and nurses while we cared for these patients. Infusion Therapy has truly been an amazing journey for me.
Meet Dustin from our IT team. With every task he tackles, he ensures the patient experience is at the heart of everything he does. Though he works in IT and doesn’t provide direct patient care, Dustin understands the critical role his department plays in equipping nursing staff and pharmacists with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care.
Dustin Gad never expected a temporary IT contract to become his calling. What started as a 3-month contractor position at Soleo Health has turned into a five-year journey that’s exceeded his expectations in almost every way.
