Every journey at Soleo Health starts with a referral from a medical professional. Once we receive your referral, we will match you with a Patient Ambassador.
Your Patient Ambassador will be your main point of contact throughout your onboarding. Then, a consistent care team will provide treatment and ensure you have excellent, care across all of our offered services. We believe in getting to know patients and treating them as individuals. This personalized care separates us from other infusion therapy centers.
