Every new patient joins Soleo Health Denver with a patient referral from their usual physician.
The process is straightforward. Simply ask your provider for a referral, and they will complete the paperwork and send it to Soleo Health. We’ll then contact you to discuss your needs, insurance benefits, and eligibility.
As part of the onboarding process, we match you with your own Patient Ambassador. Your ambassador gets to know you and your unique condition. They will see how it affects you, and how we can make your patient journey easier. Once you start on treatment, a consistent clinical team will take care of you.
