To start your Soleo Health patient journey in Kansas City, ask your physician or medical provider about our specialty medications and how infusion therapy can benefit your immune system and overall health.
From there, your physician or medical care provider can fill out our online referral form on your behalf. Our team members will then reach out to discuss your needs and verify your health insurance.
For patients who aren’t nearby or are unable to visit our infusion center, we also offer home infusion therapy services. A registered nurse will visit and provide the treatment you need in the comfort and convenience of your house. We can also teach you how to administer the infusion treatment yourself.
As you start treatment, you will connect with a Patient Ambassador who will walk you through the onboarding process. They’ll be your primary point of contact, answer all your questions, and transition you to the clinical care team who will treat you.
