Soleo Connect® is a secure patient app available to current Soleo Health patients who have received an invitation to register.
Stay connected to your care team and manage your treatment anytime, anywhere.
To protect your health information, access to Soleo Connect is available only to existing Soleo Health patients who have been invited to create an account.
Follow these four simple steps to create your account and begin managing your care.
Receive an email with your Soleo Connect invitation.
Use your name, date of birth, and prescription number from your most recent fill to set up your account.
Download the Soleo Connect app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Log in and start managing your care.
If you have already created your Soleo Connect account, download the mobile app to access your information on the go.

Yes, there is a web version located at mysoleoconnect.com. You will use the same login and password as the application.
Soleo Connect is compatible with most modern smartphones. It supports iOS 13 and above, Android 8.0 and above. If your device is a few years old, it will likely work just fine. If you run into any issues, reach out to our support team.
Yes, completely free. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads. It’s part of how we work with you.
The app can be deleted at any time. You can use the same account to log in to our web version at mysoleoconnect.com.
